1) How did you find/get introduced to Lush products? How long ago was that? What was the first product you ever used?
I’d heard about them from a friend’s LJ a long time ago but didn’t really bother to find out more. Then in June 2010, my sister and I were in Santa Barbara doing some shopping and killing time before going to see Imogen Heap in concert and we stumbled upon the LUSH store there. It was an OH MY LAWD IT SMELLS SO GOOD moment. :D I think the first product I used was the New solid shampoo.
